What's new

What's new in REHL

We ship improvements to REHL constantly. Here's what's new.

  1. v1.7Latest

    Your listings, marketed properly

Every post now opens with a photo worth stopping for, your flyers use the photos the listing already has, and you can add a walkthrough video without leaving the listing.

    New

    • Your posts open with your best photo

Listing posts now lead with the main MLS photo, or a real front-of-house shot when there isn't one. REHL picks your three strongest and rotates them, so the first thing anyone sees is the house looking its best, and no two posts look alike.

    • Choose the three photos that lead

On a listing's Media tab you can pick and reorder the three photos your posts open with. REHL chooses for you by default, and tells you plainly which ones are leading and which are along for the ride.

    • Flyers use the photos you already have

The printable flyer pulls the listing's own MLS photos instead of asking you to upload them a second time. A listing with photos now makes a flyer with photos.

    • Add a property video

Upload a walkthrough on the listing's Media tab. REHL shrinks it in your browser before it uploads, so a long phone video goes up quickly, keeps its sound, and still looks right. Videos take their turn in your posting rotation alongside the photos.

    • Photos are ready the moment you publish

REHL sorts a listing's photos when you publish it, so flyers and posts work straight away instead of waiting until you draft your first campaign.

    • Your pipeline shows names

Leads show the person's name instead of their email address, on the board, in the table view, and on the detail pane.

  2. v1.6

Your sphere, with the whole history

Record the home you sold a past client, keep their family and key dates on the record, and let REHL reach out on the anniversary with what that home is worth now.

    New

    • The home you sold them

Record the property behind every past-client relationship: the address, what it sold for, and when it closed. If the home was one of your own listings, REHL ties the two together for you, so everything it knows about that property stays attached to the person who owns it.

    • Anniversary notes worth reading

On the anniversary of a purchase, REHL AI can reach out with an estimate of what their home is worth today, based on comparable properties nearby. It is the difference between a card and a conversation, and it is the kind of note that gets a reply.

    • Birthdays that stop slipping past

Birthdays and home anniversaries in your sphere now trigger a touch on their own, on the right day, so the relationships you meant to keep warm stay warm without you keeping a calendar.

    • Family on the record

Link a spouse, partner, or family member to a contact, so a household reads as a household instead of unconnected names.

    • Addresses and key dates you can edit

Add or correct a contact's address, birthday, and home anniversary at any time, including on contacts you imported before you had the details.

    Fixed

    • Past-client imports now carry the full closing history.

Importing a past-client list brings the property, price, and closing date across with each contact, and links each sale to your listing when it matches one.

  3. v1.5

Know which leads are worth your morning

See which sources actually produce hot leads, catch the paperwork that has gone quiet, and let buyers set their own pace.

    New

    • See which sources produce hot leads

Sources now shows a hot rate next to every connector, not just how many leads it sent. You can finally tell the source that delivers ten serious buyers from the one that delivers a hundred that go nowhere, and spend accordingly.

    • Temperature on every import

Import a list of contacts and the batch now shows how it breaks down by score, so you can see at a glance how many are already hot instead of working through the list top to bottom.

    • Documents that have gone quiet

A Needs a nudge strip now surfaces the documents that were sent over a week ago and still are not signed, oldest first, with a reminder button right there. No more finding out at closing.

    • Buyers can set their own pace

Buyers can now choose how often they hear from a saved search: as homes list, daily, weekly, or off, right from their account. The search itself stays either way, so turning the emails off no longer means losing it. If they had turned emails off, we ask them to confirm before starting them again.

    • A way to reach an agent when it matters

Once a buyer has saved a home or a search, their account now offers to put them in touch with an agent, at the moment they are most interested rather than a week later.

    Fixed

    • Marketing puts your posts where you can act on them

Social post cards now take you where the work is: to your approval queue when a post is waiting on you, or to the listing it belongs to.

    • A clearer path to start a free trial

The sign-in page now points new agents and brokerages to a free trial instead of dead-ending them.

  4. v1.4

A contact record that tells the whole story

A rebuilt contact record, a way to capture exactly what a buyer wants, and instant search across your listings.

    New

    • Redesigned contact records

Every contact now opens as one cohesive record: a temperature hero that shows the lead's score at a glance, a clear next step to take, and a single relationship timeline that threads every email, call, note, activity, and buyer-site signal into one place, instead of scattered cards.

    • What they're looking for

Capture the specific addresses a buyer is interested in, right from adding a contact or from their record. When an address matches one of your own listings, the buyer shows up under that listing's interested leads automatically (and the other way around), so the two stay linked both ways.

    • Search your listings

The Listings hub now has fast search by address, city, or MLS number, plus pagination, so finding a property is instant even with a large feed.

    Fixed

    • Polish and cleanup across the dashboard.

  5. v1.3

Build on REHL, and pricing that makes sense

A public developer API, clearer per-agent pricing, and an onboarding that quietly gets itself ready.

    New

    • A developer API for your brokerage

Read your leads and listings programmatically. Create a key in Settings and explore the full reference at docs.rehl.us.

    • Clearer, per-agent pricing

Brokerage plans now show a simple base price plus a per-agent rate. You add agents as you grow and confirm the cost each time. No paying for empty seats.

    • Onboarding that gets itself ready

Your go-live checklist now shows exactly what is yours to do, and quietly takes care of the platform side for you.

    • REHL AI usage you can see

Track what your REHL AI usage costs, top up when you want more, and never get a surprise.

    Fixed

    • Manage your API keys from Settings

Revoke a key, then remove it from your list when you are done.

    • Dark mode polish

Cleaned up a few spots that were hard to read in dark mode.

    • Plan names read cleanly everywhere

  6. v1.2

    Referrals and a warmer welcome

    New

    • Refer a business, get a month free

Share your referral link. When another brokerage or agent signs up, your next month is on us.

    • A warmer way to get started

Book a live demo or start your free trial in minutes, no application.

    Fixed

    • Fixed a case where an automated follow-up email could send twice.

    • Refined the find-an-agent and demo-request flows.

  7. v1.1

    Onboarding and growth

    New

    • Bring your book

Migrate your contacts from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or any CSV, with column mapping, a preview, and assign-to-agent.

    • Go-live readiness checklist

A guided activation checklist so you get set up fast.

    • Home value estimator

A “what’s my home worth” tool on your buyer sites to capture seller leads.

    • Help center and support

Searchable help articles and in-app support tickets at rehl.us/help.

    • System status page

      Live platform health at status.rehl.us.

    Fixed

    • Listing pages now show price and address at the top on mobile.

    • Polished the onboarding steps and empty states.

    • Clearer, more accurate trial and pricing copy.

  8. v1.0

    The REHL platform

The first release of REHL, the operating system for a real estate business.

    New
